Capital Fund Pledge Form

Community leaders, the Trust for Public Land, and Friends of BERT are actively working together to secure the funds needed to purchase the rail corridor from Seminole Gulf Railway. This is the first major step toward making the Bonita Estero Rail Trail a reality. Once the corridor is secured, additional funding will be needed for the design and construction of the trail.

To help move this project forward, Friends of BERT has created the BERT Capital Fund — a way for future trail users and supporters like you to help speed up construction and support the addition of future amenities along the trail.

By filling out and submitting the pledge form below, you’re committing to contribute the pledged amount once the rail corridor is purchased, which we anticipate will happen in 2026. After submitting your form, you’ll receive an email confirming your pledge — please keep it for your records.
